MergeCP Back Up!

Remember that cool new CPPS, MergeCP that had to temporarily shut down? Well its back up!

I peronsally think this is a pretty cool CPPS, but the hacker, Welcome (he hacked Pengable) has been spotted there. If you see him, stay away for your own good.

UPDATE: For some reason, MergeCP is still down. I think Welcome must have hacked it.
